Halloween Step Card.  Recipe:  Marci Witch Stamp, Martha Stewart punches, High Hopes and Magnolia Stamp, Graphic 45 paper,  Stickles and Diamond Glaze.  Stamps were colored with Copic Markers.  The photograph does not show the Diamond Glaze.  The bubbles in the caldron are raised.
